Electing Noel Means Getting
Authenticity and Tenacity
Representing the 36th Legislative District since 2016
Noel's Policy Priorities
I’m working to change our laws that hold people back because they are poor, sick, people of color, disabled, LGBTQ or female so that ALL Washingtonians can thrive. This includes improving access to mental health services, reforming the criminal justice system, strengthening and expanding foster care and bringing a racial equity lens to everything we do, from climate justice to reproductive freedom to voter access.
I’m tackling the biggest challenge Washington state has ever faced: fixing our regressive and inequitable tax structure. I’ve been working to fix our broken school funding system since its negative effects hit me personally as a high school student. And now I need your help to ensure I can lead the charge from inside Olympia.
Access to the American Dream includes policies that help our middle class families and working poor, increase access to affordable housing, and make strong investments in our public education system, from early learning to higher ed. In fact, as your state legislator, I am serving on the Higher Education Committee, so this is one of highest priorities.

About Washington's 36th Legislative District
I support Noel because she’s demonstrated time after time that she listens to her constituents.
We appreciate Noel’s support of foster care issues.
Noel Frame works hard to support our community and to keep us informed. I look forward to voting for her so she can continue fighting for our rights in the 36th!
Noel is one of the strongest, fairest people in Olympia. She lead the 2016 state convention with grace, she’s consistently advocated for a just, complete solution to the McCleary case, and she’s stood up to conservative special interests on behalf of the working class. We need her voice!
Noel understands kids — even kids in the juvenile justice system — are kids. They sometimes need help, but are resilient and adaptive and can change. She helps facilitate that change and is a champion for kids.
Noel is a WA native with the state’s best interests at heart, is the hardest working person I know, and inspires others to join her amazing work. She was my supervisor at a campaign more than a decade ago, and I am thrilled to see her values brought to life in the 36th District!
Noel Frame is a fantastic advocate for disabled Washingtonians! She is literate in our issues and reflects our needs like few elected officials have. Her presence in the House makes me feel like we have a voice and will not be forgotten.
Noel is a fantastic person and representative. She works non-stop and obviously cares so much for her community. Everyone should want to be represented by someone as hardworking and committed as Noel!
